Branded Swag - 2024
Client / Brand: Space Shop Storage
Overview: Designed a suite of branded employee marketing materials — including a tote bag, pens, and mouse pad — to extend brand visibility, reinforce identity, and create functional, everyday touch-points for staff and community engagement.
Objective: Develop promotional merchandise that promotes the Space Shop Storage brand through practical, frequently used items that reinforce brand recognition both internally and externally.
Role: Graphic Designer — responsible for concept development, layout design, typographic hierarchy, and preparation of print-ready production files for each item.
Challenge: Each item needed to balance practicality with visual impact, clearly reflect the Space Shop Storage brand identity, and function as a cohesive set of materials that strengthens everyday engagement and brand visibility.
Solution: I created a consistent visual system applied across all three branded items:
Tote Bag: A durable, reusable branded tote bag featuring bold, clean graphics and consistent color application to extend visibility beyond the facility and serve as a mobile brand touchpoint.
Pens: Everyday pens with a streamlined logo application and brand colors that reinforce brand recall through frequent, functional interaction with staff and customers.
Mouse Pad: A branded workspace accessory that brings the brand into facility environments through balanced composition, clean typography, and consistent color palette for daily use.
Deliverables: Branded tote bag design, branded pen design, branded mouse pad design, print-ready layouts, and cohesive brand-aligned visual application.
Tools: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, print-ready production files prepared for each item’s manufacturing specifications.
Impact:
Tote Bags: 350 branded tote bags were distributed, increasing brand visibility and acting as mobile extensions of Space Shop Storage’s identity in the community.
Pens: 5,000 pens distributed monthly, reinforcing brand recognition through repeated, functional engagement.
Mouse Pads: Four mouse pads placed at each facility to maintain consistent brand reinforcement in daily workspace environments, strengthening visibility across locations.
This suite of materials transforms everyday items into strategic brand touch-points that support ongoing engagement with employees, customers, and community members while maintaining a polished, professional aesthetic across all deliverables.
